Planing process for video projects

Pre-Production (Idea to script to production details) * Brainstorming idea's (what will the audience learn or what message do you want them to get)

Program Objective * example: The effects of cyber-bulling on a teen

Process Message * What will the viewers' perception be after watching . Example: I don't want to feel like the teen in the cyber-bullying episode so I won't do that to others

Angle * How are you going to get this message across to your viewers. What equipment, location, etc. will you use

Evaluate your Angle *

• Is it truly worth doing and can educate others
• Is it truly a doable project that can fit your time and budget

Production * List the people working on this project and their job title

Deadline * What is the date of the deadline for this production

Start Date *

Is the script finished * Yes: The Script is approved and it is finished. Than go forward with the project. No: It is not approved and/or it is not finished. Finish before moving on and get approval

postproduction * Who is editing the film and where (Johnny Rocket at home)
