To Whom it May Concern,

Rio TV is a class and club which does broadcast journalism, short films, and video production. We are presently looking for monetary sponsors to help with the cost of running a student television network for our school.

With the monetary funds we will be able to buy equipment such as video cameras, teleprompter, computers, cables, build sets, etc. Not only will the money be used for equipment, it will allow us to travel for field-trips and conferences where we can learn job related skills like leadership, working as team, and to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

With your sponsorship we are willing to do more than just collect your monetary funds. We have attached a menu of items that you can choose from so it is more of a purchase of advertising. Please be aware many students are under the age of 13 so your company must be age appropriate. Your brand will be broad-casted to the student population during our broadcasts and other video production projects we create.

Rio TV Commercial Advertising Rates

Rio TV Gold  - Annual contribution of $1500.00

• A web banner on our sponsor page located on Rio TV Channel which will be linked to your web site for the length of your sponsorship
• Rio TV students will create a 30 second to 2 minute featurette to showcase your business to junior high students after our Rio TV live news cast
• The featurette will also be posted on our Schooltube account for others to view which will be linked from our Rio TV web site and also the Rio Norte Junior High School web site.
• The featurette will be shown through out the school year at least once a week, sometimes more depending on air time availability.
• You will be given rights to have us change or modify any part of the featurette that does not showcase your product in a correct manner before we air it.

Rio TV Silver  - Annual contribution of $1000.00

• Above list will also apply except the featurette will be shown through out the school year at least once a month instead of once a week.

Rio TV bronze  - Annual contribution of $500.00

• Above list will also apply except the featurette will be shown through out the school year at least once a quarter instead of once a week or once a month.
